Hi all!

I’ve got to tell you that the day we spent with you on July 20^th this year was one of the highlights of our trip.  We really enjoyed the scenery and the tour, but you folks were what made the trip worthwhile.

My stock whip, boomerang, and bullroarer souvenirs are prominently featured in my den.  I had such a great time at lunch and playing with the stock whips and such on the ranch that I didn’t take any photos there at all!  And, I certainly should have.

Hey guys,

We just wanted to say a very big thank you for an awesome tour on the 2nd of May. It was definitely the highlight of our holiday! We are still amazed at how great Darran was, even with our 2 year old son and could not have asked for a more amazing tour guide!

Hi Darren

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our tour in the Tambourine Mountains.  It’s really hard to pinpoint the best part of the afternoon…the boomerang and whipcracking lesson (who knew that I didn’t need much of a lesson in the latter), the rainforest walk, “Smoko” (Jim and I are still talking about the scones), the off-roading parts, or the spotting of the koala and her baby.  I have to say that was really special for me.  You were so informative, humorous and patient with the endless questions from the kids (how many termites did it take to eat that tree….how long did it take them to eat that tree….etc.).  I will say that your tour was definitely a highlight of our time in the Gold Coast.  You made it a special experience for us all that I’m sure we’ll remember long after we return to the States.  Thanks again.

Hi, everyone,

A very g’day to you. My wife and I have been back home here in sunny (and wet) Penang for a week now but we cannot forget the experience of the Gold Coast Hinterland that Southern Cross 4WD Tours had brought us on 9 Nov.

We’ve never been much of being beach lovers so you can guess how much the trip to Mt Tambourine and Lamington had meant to us. Hopefully, our paths will cross again sometime in the future. Until then, please convey our warm regards to Royd. He had been a very good guide.

Thank you again for a wonderful tour – it was the highlight of our week’s holiday on the Gold Coast. We arrived last nite at 2am, so haven’t had a chance to look at the photos yet!

We will definitely reccomend this to all friends and family visiting there.
