Who We Are

Darran, Steph & Jake

We’re the owners of Southern Cross 4WD Tours, Stephanie & Darran, and we both grew up on the Gold Coast and have lived near the areas we visit in our tour. When time permits, most of our time-off is spent camping and exploring, not just South-East Queensland, but all over Australia.

Being involved in four-wheel driving at a personal level, you can be assured of our knowledge and skills in all aspects of our tours; both with our knowledge and driving safety.

Darran and Stephanie have spent time living abroad in places like

Connecticut, USA
Fort William, Scotland
and then London

for 18 months while traveling Europe. We enjoyed many of our overseas tours, so it seemed like a natural fit to return home and show off this stunning area of South East Queensland with our own tours!
